- Policy and Procedures Training: This course is for new employees.
- Specific Training: This course is more focused on any attempt to improve current or future employee performance by increasing an employee’s ability to perform through learning, usually by changing the employee’s attitude or increasing his or her skills and knowledge.
- Follow Up Training: This course refers to the weakness points of individual employee or department after training has been provided. Trainers will fulfill the missing information or documents after employees have joint the training.
- External Training: This course is mainly for risk management, internal audit methodology, sales technique, training of trainers, taxation, and general management provided from experienced banking and microfinance institutions, international training providers.
