ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Register thumbprint for new staff and make access card for new Manager
  • Control staff & management attendance both of Head Office and Front Office
  • Control staff & management leave record both of Head Office and Front Office
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Staff & Management’s attendance
  • Staff & Management Leave Record
  • Prepare and control staff uniform for Operation Honda, Kubota and Collection
  • Follow up and collect document sent province
  • Support weekly & Monthly Excom data
  • Support HR team
  • Other duties are assigned by Management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • At least Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or other related fields
  • Understanding in Cambodian Law
  • At least one year experience in related field
  • Very good in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
  • Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email)
  • Be honest, team work, and good communication skill.
  • Confident negotiating skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
