Position: Call Center  Consultant

Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh 

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer’s callings and give a solution for customer’s inquiry about GLF product and service, especially requirement for our service.
  • Provide a GL Finance information to customer (new product, promotion, any announcement…etc).
  • Collect customer’s data for marketing analysis.
  • Make a daily call center report.
  • Call to an overdue customer for collection.
  • Remind customer of the payment & ask the reason for delay payment, and make a record.
  • Ask customer the payment day and explain about installment, penalty & dealer schedule, and request promise letter if needed.
  • Hand over the record of the phone collection record to Credit officer.
  • Other duties are assigned by Management if it is necessary and urgent.
  1. QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Graduated Bachelor Degree of Banking and Finance or Business Administration.
  • Able to communicate effectively (both verbally and written in English).
  • Good listening skill.
  • Willing to work under pressure and work extra hour when required.
  • Good at computer skills (Ms. Office, internet/email).
